Corporate Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support high-visibility, mission-critical projects, the full-time Corporate Finance Manager will manage capital raising transactions, investor and banker relations, and strategic finance initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute debt and equity capital raising transactions, overseeing the entire process from analysis to execution
• Manage relationships with current and potential capital partners, enhancing engagement and fulfilling reporting requirements
• Develop financial models and reporting materials for management and board meetings, collaborating cross-functionally within the organization

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience
• Extensive experience in building financial and operating models for capital raising and M&A transactions
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for workflow efficiency and quality improvement
• Demonstrated academic achievement with an undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
