Corporate Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing business, the full-time Corporate Finance Manager will manage monthly forecasting, long-range planning, and investor relations while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Build and analyze the consolidated story behind monthly forecasts and long-range plans, providing executive-level insights
• Act as a subject-matter expert in FP&A tools, identifying bottlenecks and driving efficiency through automation and AI integration
• Serve as a trusted finance partner for the People & Talent organization, managing headcount analysis and budget forecasts

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance at a public company
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with a track record of high-quality analysis
• Deep understanding of enterprise planning platforms, preferably Pigment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to adopt them in workflows
