Corporate Finance Manager

Job Summary

Driving the financial strategy for growth, the full-time remote Corporate Finance Manager will manage corporate planning, reporting, and analytics, while enhancing financial systems and supporting fundraising and investor communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate planning processes, including forecasts and scenario analysis, to inform the executive leadership team and Board
• Develop and maintain the company's integrated operating model, ensuring alignment with financial metrics and SaaS performance
• Support investor relations and capital strategy initiatives, including preparing materials for fundraising and IPO readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or equivalent experience, with 7-10 years in progressive finance roles
• Strong foundation in corporate finance modeling, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of GAAP and NetSuite
• Proven experience in end-to-end planning infrastructure and reporting automation using AI-enabled workflows
• Experience with investor reporting, capital allocation, and M&A activities, with a focus on high-growth B2B SaaS environments
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to executive teams and stakeholders
