Job Summary

Operating as an embedded financial intelligence asset within a partner law firm's Corporate Governance team, the full-time Corporate Financial Investigator will conduct in-depth research and data synthesis to produce court-ready narrative intelligence reports on corporate misconduct and fraud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct deep-dive OSINT investigations into corporate entities and executives to uncover conflicts of interest
  • Collect and analyze multi-source data to support case assessments, including SEC filings and proprietary market intelligence
  • Utilize blockchain forensic software to trace capital flows and map hidden networks
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an investigative, analytical, research, or compliance role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as journalism, finance, or data analytics
  • Practical understanding of corporate transactions and internal company conflicts
  • Proven ability to navigate and synthesize data from corporate registries and regulatory filings
  • Experience applying advanced OSINT techniques in complex investigations
