Corporate Formatting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Formatting Specialist (Remote) - Traffic/Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate broadcast station program schedules and formats for multiple markets
• Ensure commercial inventory accuracy based on local avails for each program format
• Complete daily schedules and formats in the Wide Orbit Traffic system

Required Qualifications

• A college degree in a related field is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic or related Traffic software is a plus
• Previous television, radio, or cable Traffic/Sales support experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
