Corporate FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in the US Eastern or Central time zone, the full-time salaried Corporate FP&A Analyst will manage departmental financial reviews, produce monthly payroll and cost analyses, and support the financial review process with accurate data and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the data foundation for monthly financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Own the end-to-end financial review process for assigned departments, including data collection and commentary preparation
• Produce detailed payroll and non-payroll cost analyses, maintaining the Cost Centre Budget Tracker and identifying variances

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting
• Experience in producing monthly management accounts or reporting packs
• Familiarity with an ERP system, preferably NetSuite
• Highly proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, with the ability to build and maintain complex models
• SQL knowledge strongly preferred
