Corporate FP&A Director

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Corporate FP&A Director, the full-time position will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management in a high-growth SaaS environment, partnering closely with the CFO and executive leadership team while being open to candidates across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial strategy and planning, including annual operating plans and long-range financial models
• Drive SaaS metrics and business performance by providing insights on bookings, revenue, and customer trends
• Build and scale FP&A capabilities, enhancing financial planning processes and leading a high-performing FP&A team

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including team leadership
• Deep experience in B2B SaaS or cloud environments with strong knowledge of unit economics
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and translating strategy into execution
• Familiarity with FP&A and ERP tools (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite, Anaplan)
• Preferred qualifications include an MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience
