Corporate FP&A Director

Job Summary

Reporting to the CFO, the full-time salaried Corporate FP&A Director will manage planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, focusing on the acquired operating entities within the Commercial and Industrial and Light Commercial divisions, while providing strategic support for Service and Installation business analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Translates division strategy into roadmaps and key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing progress measurement
• Produces reporting and data analysis for stakeholders to identify findings and opportunities for improvement
• Partners with Finance and Leadership at acquired entities to align forecasting and budgeting with overall objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field with 7+ years of experience in forecasting and financial modeling
• CPA certification and/or MBA in a related field is highly preferred
• Experience in Field Service, Construction, or highly transactional businesses is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex operations data
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and train others to meet performance expectations
