Corporate FP&A Lead

Job Summary

Driving financial strategy and innovation, the full-time remote Corporate FP&A Lead will manage a high-performing team to oversee financial reporting, corporate planning, and performance management, directly influencing business growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve all corporate FP&A outputs, ensuring quality and accuracy before distribution
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan process, coordinating timelines and presenting consolidated financials to the CFO
• Own the FP&A close calendar and playbook, enforcing deadlines and improving processes quarterly

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting
• Proven ability to manage a monthly financial close cycle from start to finish
• Experience producing financial materials for board or investor presentations
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to C-suite executives
• Background in a high-growth technology or SaaS business preferred
