Corporate FP&A Leader

Job Summary

Driving financial planning and performance analysis, the full-time Corporate FP&A Leader will manage the company's forecasting cycles, support executive decision-making, and build modern FP&A infrastructure in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business units
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Develop scalable financial models and reporting frameworks to support business growth

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields, preferably in lending or fintech
• Proven leadership experience in building FP&A functions in fast-growth environments
• Strong financial modeling expertise with experience in forecasting and budgeting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with modern FP&A tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus)
