Corporate FP&A Leader

Job Summary

Driving financial planning and performance analysis, the full-time Corporate FP&A Leader will manage the company's forecasting cycles and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the financial planning process, leading annual budgeting and rolling forecasts across all business units
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for the CEO, CFO, and leadership team
• Develop scalable financial models and reporting frameworks to support a dynamic business environment

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields, preferably in lending or fintech
• Proven leadership in building core FP&A functions in fast-growth, data-intensive environments
• Strong financial modeling expertise, particularly in forecasting and budgeting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with modern FP&A tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus
