Job Summary
Seeking a strategic finance leader, the full-time Head of Corporate FP&A will manage financial planning processes, oversee forecasting and reporting cycles, and collaborate with executive leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead company-wide financial planning, including annual budgets and monthly forecasts across all brands
- Oversee consolidated P&L reporting and establish KPI dashboards for board presentations and investor communications
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with strategic priorities and establish performance targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
- 8-12+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, including team leadership
- Strong executive presence with proven success influencing stakeholders and scaling financial processes
- Advanced expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and forecasting
- Proactive mindset with a focus on accountability and results
