Job Summary

Seeking a driven and analytically rigorous finance professional, the full-time remote Corporate FP&A Manager will manage the Adaptive Planning environment, oversee headcount planning and forecasting, and partner with executive leadership on high-visibility financial projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain forecasting and reporting methodologies for corporate-level functions, ensuring 95% forecast accuracy
  • Serve as the lead administrator for Adaptive Planning, driving systems improvements and enhancing reporting capabilities
  • Manage the company-wide headcount plan and rolling forecast, coordinating inputs from HR and department leaders
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive FP&A experience, including 1-2 years in a lead or management role
  • Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning, including model building and administration
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and Tableau, with the ability to independently pull and validate data
  • Solid working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS financial statements and cross-functional collaboration experience
