Corporate FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Corporate FP&A Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the monthly budget-vs-actuals process, support pre-IPO readiness, and enhance corporate forecasting while collaborating with senior leadership and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly budget-vs-actuals process and partner on variances and key metrics changes
• Maintain and improve consolidated forecasts across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Coordinate the finance calendar and enhance FP&A tooling and dashboards in collaboration with the finance systems team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP metrics, particularly for software companies
• Proven experience in building and maintaining consolidated financial forecasts
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with FP&A platforms and BI tools preferred
