Corporate FP&A Manager

Job Summary

To support enterprise-wide financial planning and performance management, the full-time salaried Corporate FP&A Manager will partner with leadership to drive strategic decision-making, oversee budgeting processes, and communicate financial narratives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of company-wide planning, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Support long-range and strategic planning through scenario modeling and evaluation of growth initiatives
• Monitor enterprise-level performance metrics and assist in variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with exposure to FP&A in a PE-backed, SaaS, or technology-enabled services environment
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Adaptive Planning preferred
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to executive leadership
• Experience in supporting high-growth, fast-paced businesses
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
