Job Summary
Owning the Adaptive Planning financial system, the full-time Corporate FP&A Manager will manage planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes that directly influence senior leadership decisions in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve the Adaptive Planning financial system, including models and data integrations
- Conduct planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting cycles, highlighting key issues and business drivers for leadership
- Prepare consolidated financial forecasts and presentations for senior executives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in Corporate FP&A, including planning, forecasting, and executive-level reporting
- Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning or comparable financial planning platforms
- Strong command of financial statements and ability to communicate complex results effectively
- Experience designing and implementing planning systems and data integrations
- Practical experience using AI tools to enhance FP&A work
