Corporate FP&A Vice President

Job Summary

Leading a corporate finance team, the full-time salaried Corporate FP&A Vice President will manage enterprise-wide finance for multiple corporate entities, overseeing planning, forecasting, and reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end enterprise planning cycle, including timelines, assumptions, and governance for annual and long-range planning
• Consolidate enterprise plans and forecasts, translating results across business units into a coherent company-wide view
• Build decision-ready reporting packages for senior leadership, aligning standards and forecast timing across the organization

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, corporate planning, or operational finance leadership
• Proven track record in enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis within a complex, multi-BU organization
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or asset-based B2B environments
• Currently reporting directly to a CFO, preferably from PE-backed or public companies
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, capable of engaging with executive leadership and board members
