Job Summary
Collaborating extensively across multiple business units, the full-time Corporate Functions Control Manager will conduct risk assessments, identify control gaps, and support compliance with regulatory standards while managing deliverables to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Risk and Control Self Risk Assessments (RCSA) for Corporate Functions business units
- Identify control gaps and support the development of remediation activities
- Compile thematic risk reporting to provide actionable insights on current risk levels and emerging trends
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Operational Risk
- Strong understanding of operational risk management lifecycle activities
- Experience in business process design and process improvement
- Deep knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in financial services
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
