Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, People Business Partner - Corp Func.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People partner to functional leaders in Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity, and HR
• Facilitate talent review processes and coach managers on performance management and team culture
• Handle employee relations matters and ensure HR practices remain compliant across jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated HRBP role
• Experience supporting Finance, Legal, Technology, or HR teams
• Solid foundation in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
• Background in high-growth technology companies is a plus
