Job Summary

Managing the formation and compliance of corporate entities, the full-time Corporate Governance Administrator will oversee entity records, registrations, and statutory filings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of corporate entities, including formations, amendments, and dissolutions
  • Oversee domestic and foreign registrations and ensure timely completion of required filings
  • Act as the primary point of contact for entity governance matters and maintain audit-ready records
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or three years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate governance, entity management, or legal operations
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-entity structures with high filing volumes
  • Strong professional judgment and ability to independently identify and resolve issues
  • Experience in regulated environments and ability to adapt quickly to compliance requirements
