Corporate Governance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Corporate Governance Analyst will manage RMF authorizations and compliance for federal and corporate systems, maintain audit evidence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into system design and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own RMF authorizations and maintain compliance for CMMC 2.0 and SOC 2 across various frameworks
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security to integrate compliance requirements into system design
• Coordinate internal assessments and external audit readiness while tracking regulatory changes

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance
• Hands-on expertise with RMF and at least one of CMMC 2.0 or SOC 2
• One or more relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
