Corporate Governance Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Governance & Compliance Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of corporate governance operations and continuous improvement efforts
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the corporate compliance and ethics program
• Develop and provide training on the company's Guide to Business Conduct and related policies

Required Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a corporate governance and/or compliance role
• Bachelor's degree required
• Juris Doctorate or relevant post-graduate degree preferred
• Working knowledge of corporate governance and ethics requirements
• Experience with compliance initiatives and risk management preferred
