Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Senior Corporate Counsel - Corporate Governance & Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports and ensure compliance with securities regulations
• Advise the Board of Directors on governance matters and support shareholder engagement initiatives
• Oversee global subsidiary governance and maintain corporate records and legal entity documentation

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Degree (JD required)
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• 8+ years of experience practicing law in a law firm, corporate legal department, or regulatory agency
• Demonstrated record of handling complex legal matters
