Corporate Governance Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Governance and Entity Management Counsel (Remote, Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and manage intercompany agreements and corporate governance documentation
• Support domestic and international entity restructurings in coordination with outside counsel
• Assist with ongoing entity management and maintenance of corporate records

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
• At least 5 years of corporate/transactional experience within a law firm or corporate legal department
• Significant experience in corporate governance and entity management
• Familiarity with domestic and international corporate restructurings
• J.D. from an accredited law school
