Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance policies, standards, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with relevant business rules and manage governance-related risks

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant technical experience
• Relevant technology market intelligence and data industry experience preferred
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICSA, risk management, or compliance)
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices
• Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks
