Corporate Governance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Enterprise China Management team, the full-time Corporate Governance Manager will manage corporate governance processes, develop executive communications, and coordinate government engagement activities while contributing to strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and run corporate governance processes, ensuring high-quality materials for senior management and Board-level audiences
• Develop clear, executive-ready communications and presentations with strong storytelling
• Coordinate government and regulatory engagement activities, including tracking policy developments

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or governance within a global organization
• Exceptional ability to develop executive-ready materials and articulate complex ideas
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Comfort with technology and interest in AI and emerging tools
