Job Summary
Supporting corporate governance operations, the full-time remote Corporate Governance Paralegal will manage entity formation filings, subsidiary maintenance, and regulatory compliance documentation while collaborating with legal teams and various business segments.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and maintain corporate governance documentation, including entity formation filings and corporate records
- File required documents with government entities and maintain corporate records for subsidiaries
- Engage in communication with regulators and agencies to respond to inquiries and submit documents
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, paralegal studies degree, or paralegal certificate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate law or compliance department or at a law firm
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated corporate governance experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
