Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Governance Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a Governance Data Collection & Reporting program
- Support external consultants in conducting data readiness reviews and enhancing internal engagement
- Monitor regulatory changes and project timelines while reporting progress to senior management and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Compliance, Business, Legal, or a related subject preferred
- 2-4 years of Compliance or Governance experience
- Previous experience in the Entertainment Industry is a plus
- Familiarity with project management applications and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment
