Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Governance Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a Governance Data Collection & Reporting program
  • Support external consultants in conducting data readiness reviews and enhancing internal engagement
  • Monitor regulatory changes and project timelines while reporting progress to senior management and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Compliance, Business, Legal, or a related subject preferred
  • 2-4 years of Compliance or Governance experience
  • Previous experience in the Entertainment Industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management applications and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment
