Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Virtual Health Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and program training for new providers, staff, and sites
  • Assist in development and delivery of patient and provider education on software and hardware used for care
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges and issues, and escalate when appropriate

Required Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in I.S. Support in a healthcare setting
  • Patient care experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Working knowledge of Telehealth and associated services strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science preferred
  • Medical certification as Certified Medical Assistant, EMT or LPN preferred
