Corporate Healthcare Attorney

Job Summary

To support the company's growth and strategic initiatives, the full-time Corporate Healthcare Attorney will provide legal guidance on healthcare regulations, commercial transactions, data privacy, and corporate governance while working remotely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on healthcare regulatory requirements and support compliance policy development
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements while collaborating with internal teams
• Provide legal guidance on healthcare data privacy and security, including incident investigations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks
