Job Summary
Providing corporate housing assistance to relocating employees, the full-time Corporate Housing Specialist will manage customer experiences, resolve maintenance issues, and ensure effective communication with relocation counselors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide ongoing customer service for existing reservations, including resolving maintenance issues and scheduling move-out consultations
- Establish contact with transferees to assess their temporary housing needs and set expectations regarding the corporate housing process
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure housing options meet employee criteria and manage escalations to minimize financial risk while ensuring client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Property management or finance experience is a plus
- Availability for after-hours support may be required on occasion
