Job Summary

Providing corporate housing assistance to relocating employees and external prospects, the full-time Corporate Housing Specialist will manage customer experiences, resolve maintenance issues, and communicate with relocation counselors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing customer service on existing reservations, including resolving maintenance issues and scheduling move-out consultations
  • Establish contact with transferees to determine temporary housing needs and set expectations regarding the corporate housing process
  • Maintain communication with the Regional Tenancy Manager to ensure housing options meet employee criteria and respond to any questions or concerns promptly
Required qualifications
  • High school degree required
  • Strong customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Confidence and decisiveness in decision-making
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
