Job Summary
Providing corporate housing assistance to relocating employees and external prospects, the full-time Corporate Housing Specialist will manage customer experiences, resolve maintenance issues, and communicate with relocation counselors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide ongoing customer service on existing reservations, including resolving maintenance issues and scheduling move-out consultations
- Establish contact with transferees to determine temporary housing needs and set expectations regarding the corporate housing process
- Maintain communication with the Regional Tenancy Manager to ensure housing options meet employee criteria and respond to any questions or concerns promptly
Required qualifications
- High school degree required
- Strong customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Confidence and decisiveness in decision-making
- Strong written and oral communication skills
