Corporate Immigration Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing corporate immigration practice, the full-time Corporate Immigration Attorney will manage a diverse caseload involving H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, and EB-2/EB-3 green cards for clients ranging from startups to large enterprises, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of employer immigration cases, ensuring compliance and quality legal work
• Utilize automated workflows and smart draft tracking to streamline case management and enhance efficiency
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice leadership as experience and expertise grow

Required qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission (or awaiting results for associates)
• Strong research and writing skills, with a genuine interest in employer immigration
• Hands-on experience with H-1B, PERM, or intracompany transfers for mid-level and senior roles
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with HR contacts and provide strategic advice
• Self-motivated and organized, with a commitment to quality standards and deadlines
