Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Corporate Immigration Attorney to own and scale a remote full-time practice, managing employer immigration programs while leveraging Manifest's technology and operational support to enhance client service and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of attorneys, ensuring adherence to Manifest's quality standards and operational protocols
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the face of the corporate immigration practice in various public and client-facing settings
• Utilize Manifest's resources to manage inbound corporate client pipelines and streamline legal workflows effectively

Required qualifications

• J.D. and active bar admission
• 7+ years of employer-side immigration experience
• Experience in managing or developing legal teams
• Established professional network in HR, Legal, or People Ops
• Strong ambition to build and grow a legal practice
