Corporate Incentives Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Incentives Attorney to join its Corporate Incentives team on a remote contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the firm's Corporate Incentives practice on transactional matters
• Assist with analyzing, structuring, and documenting government incentive programs
• Collaborate with partners and associates on complex, high-level corporate matters

Qualifications:

• Mid-level transactional attorney (typically 3-6 years of experience)
• Strong corporate or general transactional background
• Experience with government incentives, tax credits, or economic development matters is a plus, but not required
• Active bar membership in the state where you reside (required)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
