Job Summary

Supporting the Corporate Insurance Team in a full-time remote capacity, the Corporate Insurance Specialist will manage insurance-related administrative tasks, collaborate with local practices to address insurance risks, and coordinate with external brokers for policy management and renewals.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle insurance-related administrative and operational tasks while collaborating across the organization
  • Identify and address insurance risks arising from daily operations, contracts, and business transactions
  • Process insurance requests and maintain insurance data using tools like Smartsheet and Excel
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Insurance certifications such as CISR, CIC, CPCU, CWCA, or AAI are encouraged
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle confidential information
