Corporate Lawyer (Texas Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Corporate Lawyer (part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of all company legal documents and identify inconsistencies and gaps
• Advise leadership on risks and compliance issues related to existing agreements and ensure alignment with business goals
• Provide ongoing legal support on contracts, compliance, IP, and risk management as needed

Required Qualifications

• Law degree and bar qualification in a US jurisdiction
• 6+ years of experience in corporate law, particularly with various contract types
• Experience drafting and reviewing corporate documentation, including employment and contractor agreements
• Strong understanding of intellectual property clauses, NDAs, and vendor contracts
• Ability to create efficient legal processes and perform structured audits
