Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Legal Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Stripe Climate, Corporate Development, and other stakeholders on transactions and corporate projects
Manage processes and assist with closing Frontier's offtake transactions
Support corporate filings, governance matters, and other legal projects

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house
Experience in the carbon removal or renewable energy space
Experience negotiating complex transactions
Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidence
