Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Legal Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Stripe Climate, Corporate Development, and other stakeholders on transactions and corporate projects
• Manage processes and assist with closing Frontier's offtake transactions
• Support corporate filings, governance matters, and other legal projects

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house
• Experience in the carbon removal or renewable energy space
• Experience negotiating complex transactions
• Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidence
