Corporate Legal Staff Member

Job Summary

Combining strong transactional execution with a genuine interest in AI, the full-time Corporate Legal Staff Member will support venture financings, manage corporate governance, and design AI-enabled workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support venture financings, corporate matters, and transaction execution, including drafting documents and coordinating with outside counsel
• Maintain the company's master data room and ensure corporate records are accurate and organized
• Design and build self-service tools and automation for recurring legal processes to improve efficiency

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in venture capital financings, M&A, or similar corporate transactions
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and equity administration
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to drive matters independently
• Genuine interest in AI, legal technology, and workflow design
• Strong judgment and ability to identify issues requiring escalation or outside counsel
