Corporate Legal Vice President

Job Summary

Corporate Legal Vice President is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the contracts team and managing corporate legal matters while supporting business growth and risk management in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as senior in-house legal advisor, managing high-profile contracts and leading a team of contracts attorneys
• Oversee the legal team's contract templates and lifecycle management, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support new sales strategies and product development while advising leadership on client disputes

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 10+ years of legal experience, including a minimum of 4+ years in healthcare
• Prior experience leading or managing a contracts team is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of healthcare contracting and regulatory frameworks
