Corporate Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Claim Litigation Attorney Lead Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee first and third-party claims of heightened exposure, complex extra-contractual matters, bad faith, and major litigation related to insurance claims
• Perform extra-contractual analysis based on factual and legal issues
• Provide advice to the Claims Organization on extra-contractual and bad faith issues, including recommendations for resolution and risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department related to insurance defense work
• Experience managing or litigating bad faith or extra-contractual allegations
• Strong judgment and research skills
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
