Corporate Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Corporate Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop case strategy, supervise outside counsel, and report on litigation developments
• Handle all aspects of case preparation including witness interviews, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals
• Counsel other law groups and employees on business disputes and pre-litigation matters to minimize risk

Required Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Eight (8) years of litigation experience
• Ten (10) or more years of experience with litigation, arbitration, and investigation matters for large companies (preferred)
• Experience at a large multinational law firm (preferred)
• Trial experience and experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
