Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning
  • Prepare detailed financial models and support the due diligence process by coordinating internal and external teams
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential acquisition targets and evaluate their strategic fit and financial performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role, such as investment banking or corporate development
  • Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
