Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate M&A Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients on commercial agreements, tech transactions, and drafting shareholder and LLC operating agreements
  • Manage mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, document drafting, and managing closings
  • Engage in joint ventures, debt and equity capital markets transactions, and public company reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on strategic transactions
  • Experience managing aspects of strategic transactions, including due diligence and document preparation
  • Ability to draft and identify key clauses in transaction documents
  • Enthusiasm for expanding skills across various practice areas
  • Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to thrive in a remote work environment
