Corporate M&A Associate

Job Summary

Working closely with senior corporate partners, the full-time Corporate M&A Associate will manage M&A transactions valued from $50M to $1B+, focusing on joint ventures, investment management, and technology-related deals in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, and founders in complex M&A transactions
• Structure and negotiate joint ventures across various industries
• Handle investment management work, including spinouts and rollups

Required qualifications

• 4-8 years of post-law school experience in corporate transactions, preferably from an AmLaw 30 firm
• Experience leading diligence workstreams and managing deal timelines independently
• Strong understanding of deal economics and documentation
• Demonstrated technology orientation, particularly in AI applications
• Significant exposure to joint ventures and various deal structures
