Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate to Counsel - Corporate/M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with a leading Corporate/M&A partner on various transactions
• Advise clients on middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b and larger deals exceeding $1b
• Provide legal support in areas including Investment Management, Finance, and Cybersecurity

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Corporate and M&A law at an AM Law 50 firm
• Experience with Funds and LLC investments is preferred
• Strong background in deal-making and advising clients in diverse industries
• Ability to work in a high-performing team environment
• Commitment to delivering excellent results and associate development
