A company is looking for a Corporate M&A Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective execution of deals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of M&A and private equity experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
• Prior experience at a large corporate law firm and/or in-house with a major company preferred
• Outstanding references
