Job Summary
Serving as a shared marketing resource for select top-producing loan officers, the full-time Corporate Marketing Assistant will execute and manage daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activities remotely, ensuring alignment with personal brands and overall marketing standards.
Key responsibilities
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including open house flyers and social media content
- Manage email sequences and nurture campaigns while monitoring post-closing surveys and customer reviews
- Plan and promote events using tools like Eventbrite, ensuring adherence to brand standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years' experience in marketing execution or operations, preferably in real estate or mortgage
- Intermediate design skills in Canva and strong copywriting abilities for digital content
- Working knowledge of SEO, social media planning, and project management methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative cloud-based programs
