Job Summary

Serving as a shared marketing resource for select top-producing loan officers, the full-time Corporate Marketing Assistant will execute and manage daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activities remotely, ensuring alignment with personal brands and overall marketing standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including open house flyers and social media content
  • Manage email sequences and nurture campaigns while monitoring post-closing surveys and customer reviews
  • Plan and promote events using tools like Eventbrite, ensuring adherence to brand standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years' experience in marketing execution or operations, preferably in real estate or mortgage
  • Intermediate design skills in Canva and strong copywriting abilities for digital content
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media planning, and project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative cloud-based programs
