• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels and networks
• Coordinate recruitment activities from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring a consistent candidate experience

Required qualifications:

• Experience recruiting within the mortgage, banking, lending, or financial services industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volume hiring initiatives while balancing multiple open requisitions
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and professional recruiting platforms
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills
