Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their legal team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, manage, and process NDAs to ensure compliance and provide updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to redline and finalize agreements efficiently
• Oversee the company's stock option and equity program, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate paralegal role, preferably in the technology industry
• Strong expertise in contract administration, including reviewing and redlining legal documents
• Experience managing stock administration and equity programs, with proficiency in Carta preferred
• Familiarity with legal ticketing systems and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work remotely while being available during key time zones as required
